Series of sculptures
Heroes don't weigh is a series of sculptures that I made. The central theme is the veterans of the war in Angola. The pieces portrayed mutilated persons without faces and presumably sad. My intention is to reflect the psychological mutilations that prevail as a consequence of war. This work was born as a result of different conversations with a veteran friend (Nicolás Alaya).
